 3-2-1 備份原則 3：至少將資料備份成三份，重要資料至少備份 3 份：1 份主要檔案，2 份備份檔案。 2：分開存放在兩種不同儲存媒體。一份硬碟，兩份在外接裝置上。 1：將資料至少一份存放在其他地點(異地存放)。 應該養成定期備份的習慣，能夠防範意外事件發生時 確保企業必要的時候可回復資料，降低對營運產生的衝擊。 越是重要、敏感、風險高的資料，就需要越頻繁的備份 甚至在重大異動之前，得先把資料備份，以免異動出事後，無法將資料復原。
